Payment
Spyphones accepts Visa/MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club,
International Money Orders, and wire transfers. Spyphones or the word
spy will not appear on your invoice or credit card statement.

Basic Shipping and Handling Rates
Orders are generally shipped via insured ground delivery for just 10.00 EUR
Benelux per order no matter how large the order. At Spyphones, the
more items shipped in your order, the more you save! Overseas orders, please
email for exact shipping quote.

Special Shipping and Handling Rates
Mainland European Orders will be Send by Swift Air costing 25.00 EUR. US,
Australia, Africa, and rest of the world orders will be shipped by air
delivery for 40.00 EUR per order.

Return Policy
All products are special ordered by the party ordering, and are NOT subject to
cancellations. Due to the nature of the spy product line, products may be used
once to complete a mission and then no longer needed. For this reason, ALL
SALES ARE FINAL. Defective products will be repaired or exchanged per
warranty.

Warranty returns must Be Authorized by Spyphones and under no
circumstances will returns be accepted unless accompanied by a properly marked
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA and shipping instructions
may be obtained by contacting Spyphones by email (or phone).

Return product via Registered Post office in the Benelux and UPS or DHL,
prepaid and insured, for your protection. Spyphones cannot refund
shipping fees.

Upon approval of a rare exception, returns and refused deliveries are subject
to a 25% restocking fee.
We can make arrangements for you to test certain products to your
satisfaction. Simply phone before ordering and ask about obtaining
authorization to evaluate a product.

Orders that are shipped promptly and in good faith by Spyphones yet
refused by the customer will be restocked subject to the 25% restocking fee
plus a deduction for the invoiced shipping charges.

Warranty
Spyphones guarantees all products to be free of defects in workmanship
and material for one year. Spyphones will replace or repair, at their
discretion providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

Legal Status of Products
It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not Spyphones) to obtain and
obey all applicable country, state, and federal laws in regard to possession
and use of any item in this catalogue. By placing an order, the Buyer
represents that he/she is of legal age (U.S) and that the products will be
used only in a lawful manner.

Legal responsibilities:
Spyphones sells some items that may be illegal to use in your area,
e.g. telephone conversation recordings are illegal on Telstra lines, and many
other networks. We offer these products for sale on the basis that the
customer abides by his/her local regulations. Spyphones does not
accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage sustained by
the buyer however arising.
Spyphones makes no representations concerning the legality of certain
product applications such as the making, transmission or recording of video
and/or audio signals of others without their knowledge and/or consent. We
encourage everyone to check and comply with all applicable local, state and
federal laws and regulations before engaging in any form of surveillance or
any transmission of radio frequencies.

We assume no liability associated with product usage. The buyer is liable and
responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind, arising out of the
use or misuse of these products.
